One Community Health is seeking a Certified Medical Assistant to join our The Dalles Clinic Team. This multifaceted role includes a variety of clinical and operational responsibilities that support our mission of providing exceptional patient care. The Medical Assistant performs essential clinic functions, including patient intake and processing, assisting providers with treatments and procedures, and providing patient instruction and education.
This position also serves as a communication liaison between patients, medical providers, and licensed nurses. Additional responsibilities include performing quality control checks, supporting performance improvement initiatives, stocking supplies, sterilizing equipment, managing patient records, and scheduling patients.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program.
- Current Medical Assistant (CMA) certification.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
- Experience with Epic Electronic Health Records (EHR).

Compensation:
Hourly/Non-Exempt: $25.00–$27.00 per hour, depending on experience and certification.
Bilingual Differential: Additionally, we offer $0.75 per hour as compensation for bilingual proficiency in both English and Spanish.
