Responsibilities:
- Monitor the front desk and facility entrance
- Greet and assist visitors, residents, and staff
- Maintain visitor logs and complete required documentation
- Conduct routine security rounds as required
- Provide excellent customer service while helping maintain a safe and secure environment
Applicants must possess a valid NYS Security Guard License, have strong communication skills, maintain a professional appearance, and be reliable. Experience in a healthcare or nursing home setting is a plus, but not required.
