Surgical Joint Advanced Practice Provider (Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner)

OrthoNC is seeking a full-time Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our growing Advanced Practice Provider team, working alongside a joint surgeon in a collaborative, high-volume orthopedic practice. This is an exciting opportunity to provide exceptional care to both operative and non-operative patients across inpatient and outpatient settings while growing your clinical and surgical experience.

What You’ll Do

• Provide comprehensive patient care in both clinical and surgical settings
• Collaborate closely with physicians, fellow APPs, and the broader clinical team
• Evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients independently and under physician supervision
• Interpret diagnostic imaging, including X-rays, MRIs, and CT scans
• Educate patients on treatment plans, procedures, and recovery expectations
• Gain hands-on experience treating both acute and chronic orthopedic conditions

What We’re Looking For

• Licensed and board-certified PA or NP in North Carolina
• Orthopedic or neurology experience preferred; motivated new graduates are encouraged to apply
• Strong critical thinking, multitasking, and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment
• Self-motivated with a willingness to take initiative and adapt quickly
• Genuine interest in orthopedic care and continued professional growth

Required Education & Experience

• Orthopedic or musculoskeletal clinic experience
