OrthoNC is seeking a full-time Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our growing Advanced Practice Provider team, working alongside a joint surgeon in a collaborative, high-volume orthopedic practice. This is an exciting opportunity to provide exceptional care to both operative and non-operative patients across inpatient and outpatient settings while growing your clinical and surgical experience.
What You’ll Do
- Provide comprehensive patient care in both clinical and surgical settings
- Collaborate closely with physicians, fellow APPs, and the broader clinical team
- Evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients independently and under physician supervision
- Interpret diagnostic imaging, including X-rays, MRIs, and CT scans
- Educate patients on treatment plans, procedures, and recovery expectations
- Gain hands-on experience treating both acute and chronic orthopedic conditions
What We’re Looking For
- Licensed and board-certified PA or NP in North Carolina
- Orthopedic or neurology experience preferred; motivated new graduates are encouraged to apply
- Strong critical thinking, multitasking, and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment
- Self-motivated with a willingness to take initiative and adapt quickly
- Genuine interest in orthopedic care and continued professional growth
