The Opportunity

This is a senior leadership role with full responsibility across project delivery, team leadership, and client engagement. You will be expected to evaluate opportunities, communicate clearly, and drive outcomes with confidence and decisiveness. Success in this role requires ownership, leadership presence, and flexibility—someone who understands how to operate at a high level while ensuring projects are delivered to the highest standards.

What You’ll Lead

Complex Electrical & Infrastructure Design:

- Lead the design and delivery of complex electrical systems across a range of project types
- Provide technical oversight on:
- Power distribution systems (medium & high voltage)
- Central plant and campus infrastructure
- Emergency and backup power systems
- Mission-critical and resilient electrical systems
- Ensure designs meet the highest standards of performance, reliability, and compliance

Leadership & Execution:

- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing electrical engineering team
- Drive clear, decisive project execution across multiple concurrent projects
- Maintain accountability for quality, delivery, and team performance

Client & Project Leadership:

- Act as a senior point of contact for clients, building trusted relationships
- Lead project discussions, presentations, and strategic engagements
- Collaborate across multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated solutions

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering
- Professional Engineer (PE) license is essential
- Minimum 20 years of direct, relevant electrical engineering experience

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

The Right Candidate Must Demonstrate:

- Proven experience in healthcare and life-critical infrastructure environments
- In-depth knowledge of complex power systems, including:
- High-voltage distribution
- Campus-scale infrastructure
- Central plant systems
- Mission-critical electrical design
- A track record of leading teams and delivering complex, multi-disciplinary projects
- Strong client-facing capability with the ability to communicate clearly and lead with confidence
