Description
The Manager of Population Health programs provides strategic direction and operational oversight for various quality and value-based programs managed through Pacific Medical Centers. Responsibilities include population health, value/risk-based program that fosters, promotes and is dependent on integration of services and collaboration across several acute, non-acute and health plan ministries.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree Healthcare Administration, Public Health or related field.
2 years Progressive health care leadership experience that includes: Healthcare services development, delivery, and operations.
2 years Experience leading interdisciplinary care teams, and planning complex geriatric and long term care.
Preferred Qualifications:
Master's Degree Healthcare Administration, Public Health or related field.
2 years Experience developing and executing successful strategic business plans.
2 years Experience supervising staff in a matrix structured organization.
2 years Experience with Project Management methodologies and software such as CAP, Work-Out and Lean.
