CALL CENTER SALES REPRESENTATIVE
$25 per hour + Weekly Commission
Position Summary:
Join our growing team at Pacific Outdoor Living as a Call Center Sales Representative. In this important role, you'll be the first point of contact for prospective customers, helping create an exceptional first impression while generating qualified appointments for our sales and design team. You'll handle inbound inquiries, make outbound follow-up calls to warm leads, qualify prospective customers, and schedule consultations. Your professionalism, enthusiasm, and ability to build rapport over the phone will directly contribute to the continued growth and success of our company.
This position is perfect for someone who enjoys talking with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, is goal-oriented, and is motivated by earning commissions while delivering outstanding customer service.

Performance Objectives:
- Answer inbound calls promptly, professionally, and courteously.
- Make outbound calls to follow up on inquiries, event leads, estimates, and customer requests.
- Qualify prospective customers and gather complete customer information.
- Schedule consultations and appointments for the sales and design team.
- Respond promptly to web leads, emails, text messages, and customer inquiries.
- Confirm appointments and help reduce cancellations and no-shows.
- Maintain accurate customer records and notes within GoHighLevel (GHL) and company databases.
- Coordinate scheduling updates with sales representatives and management.
- Transfer calls appropriately and ensure customers are directed to the correct department.
- Resolve routine customer questions and escalate issues when necessary.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call activity and appointment-setting goals.
- Represent Pacific Outdoor Living professionally during every customer interaction.
Capabilities / Key Competencies:

- Strong listening skills with the ability to build rapport and overcome objections.
- Highly motivated, organized, and dependable.
- Comfortable making 100+ outbound calls per day.
- Detail-oriented with accurate data entry skills (minimum 60 WPM preferred).
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and CRM software; GoHighLevel (GHL) experience is a plus.
- Ability to multitask while maintaining excellent customer service.
- Works well independently and as part of a team.
- Responsive and understands the importance of urgency in customer communication.
- Takes ownership of responsibilities and follows tasks through to completion.
- Willing to learn and participate in ongoing coaching and training.
Education & Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of call center sales or appointment-setting experience.
- B2C sales experience preferred.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Requirements:
- Ability to commute daily to Sun Valley, CA.
- Ability to work full-time in an office environment.
- Comfortable spending extended periods on the phone and working at a computer.
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
- Successful applicants for this role will be required to participate in pre-employment aptitude assessments. These assessments are used to help identify their potential ability to perform the job duties associated with the role.
