Position Description:
- We're seeking a highly skilled clinical team member who is equally talented in managing business operations. You don’t need fancy degrees for this role—just someone who learns quickly and is eager to do things our way, as we’re confident it’s the best approach.
- This role involves hands-on clinical duties, as well as overseeing staff and operations. It’s not a desk job where you just give orders—you’ll be actively performing clinical tasks.
- Internal title (Facility Administrator)
- The position starts at an hourly rate. Once you demonstrate the skills and qualify as a Facility Administrator, it will transition to a salaried role.
- 100% outpatient position -- no hospital work, no call.
- Please note, we use fluoroscopy in the procedure suite, which emits low level radiation. While this is standard, and all Team Members in the procedure suite wear protective lead, this position is not appropriate for pregnant women or women who may become pregnant.
- Must be able to travel.
- You will be sent a link to complete short pre-interview video through Spark Hire.
Clinical Duties
(CS1)
- Obtaining and monitoring vital signs & pedal pulses
- Preparing the groin for access
- Monitor access site, assuring hemostasis
- Discharging the patient home
- Documenting all information in our EMR.
- Inventory and supply management
(CS2)
- Patient Consults
- Assisting the NP and US Tech with screening of PAD
- Obtaining H&P and medication list
- Performing ABIs, vital signs, blood draws
- Wound care
- Taking photos of any wounds
- Completion of patient charting/documentation.
- Report to the NP with findings
(CS3)
- First Assistant/Surgical Assistant
- Setting out necessary instruments
- Position the patient on the operating table
- Handing instruments to the Proceduralist
- Hand dexterity is important
- Keep a sterile environment at all times
- This position requires physical endurance... you will be on your feet for 90%+ of your shift.
- Must wear lead vests, which add 10-15 lbs of additional weight.
(CS4)
- Procedure Room Circulator
- Patient flow is running smoothly
- Making sure the patient has followed all pre-procedure guidelines
- Reviewing patient charts, labs, H&P
- Dispensing medications
- Documenting the procedure and building the report.
- Handling patient complications
- This position requires a high level of medical knowledge and experience.
- Obtaining H&P and medication list

- Taking photos of any wounds
- Completion of patient charting/documentation.

Location/Travel:
- We have two locations: one in El Paso, TX and one in Las Cruces, NM. You’ll need to work/travel to both places to get your full-time hours.
- Travel for training to Houston, Rio Grande Valley and other cities is required.
Schedule:
- Full-time job: 32–40 hours per week
- Work Monday through Friday, with some Saturdays on rotation
- You’ll work at our El Paso, TX location 3–4 days per week
- You’ll work/travel to our Las Cruces, NM location 2 times per month
- Your schedule will change from week to week

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
