- Maintain accurate records, supply levels, and medication orders
- Support a safe, organized, and efficient unit environment
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and care teams
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or GED
- Completion of Medication Administration training (required)
- Medication Aide Certification preferred
- Prior experience in long-term care or as a Medication Aide preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under supervision
- Calm, professional response in fast-paced or emergencies
- Strong communication skills in English (reading, writing, speaking)
