- Ability to build relationships, collaborate across teams, and work effectively in a dynamic client environment.
- Self-starter with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset and a willingness to take ownership of projects from start to finish.
- US Citizenship required
- Ability to obtain DHS Suitability.
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of experience supporting cybersecurity, critical infrastructure, homeland security, or national security initiatives.
- Experience supporting federal government clients, preferably within the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA), or related agencies.
- Working knowledge of cybersecurity principles, cyber risk management, and the critical infrastructure landscape.
- Experience managing or supporting strategic initiatives in a client-facing consulting or advisory environment.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, including the ability to communicate technical concepts to executive and non-technical audiences.
- Demonstrated experience facilitating meetings, building consensus, and collaborating across multidisciplinary teams.
