Position Summary
The Clinical Data and Support Specialist is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and accessibility of clinical data within our healthcare organization. Designs, maintains, and supports data systems, interfaces, and database environments that deliver accurate, timely, and actionable information. Develops documentation, performs audits and data analysis. Supports system software with maintenance, workflows and upgrades.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or a related field
- 2 years of related experience in a data reporting and analytics
- Experience with Dentrix and/or EPIC beneficial.
Key Accountabilities
- Generate clear, actionable reports and visualizations for internal stakeholders.
- Prepares, maintains, and distributes ad hoc, operational, analytic reports using direct database queries and reporting tools.
- Use data mining to extract information and identify patterns or trends.
- Act as a key liaison between IT and clinical, financial, and operational teams—translating business needs into effective data solutions.
Supports system software with maintenance, workflows and upgrades.
- Build KPI-driven reporting that supports leadership and board-level decisions
- Assist in problem analysis and submits recommendations for solutions.
- Assist with determining computer software or hardware needs required to set up or alter systems.
- May assist in information systems security administration.
- Other duties as assigned.
