We are looking for a high-level operator and leader to take over the day-to-day leadership of the PhysioFunnels Marketing Agency - a multi-million dollar healthcare marketing division serving private practice owners across the United States, and UK. Please note this role is in-office, full-time in Celebration FL.
This is not a “campaign manager” role. This is not a “marketing coordinator” role.
And it’s definitely not a role for someone who just wants to manage tasks from Slack. This is a leadership position for someone who knows how to run a real agency business.

and the pressure that comes with leading a people-heavy service division.
You will work directly with founder Paul Gough and become one of the key senior leaders inside the company as we continue evolving from a traditional marketing company into an AI-first media and technology business.

Our clients are ambitious, growth-minded healthcare business owners who expect high standards, fast communication, and measurable outcomes. The division currently operates with a largely UK-based fulfillment and support team. Over the next phase of growth, we are restructuring leadership and operations to create a stronger 50/50 split between the UK and the USA – including some outsourced in Columbia – with this role becoming the senior operational leader based near our Florida headquarters.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
You will lead the entire PhysioFunnels agency division from an operational, delivery, staffing, and performance standpoint. Your job is to ensure the division becomes:
more profitable,
more efficient,
more accountable,
more scalable,
and less founder-dependent.
You will oversee:
client delivery,
onboarding,
retention,
fulfillment operations,
project management,
staffing structure,
KPI accountability,
margin performance,
communication standards,
and day-to-day execution across the division.
You will work closely with:
client success teams,
media buyers,
account managers,
copywriters,
onboarding staff,
sales leadership,
and the executive team.
You will also play a major role in helping integrate AI, automation, and operational systems into the future of the agency.
Who This Role Is Perfect For
This role is for someone who:
has managed a $3M–$5M+ agency or service business,
Has managed a team of at least 12-15 people and is very comfortable hiring and firing
understands contribution margin and operational efficiency,
has led remote and international teams,
knows how to hold people accountable,
is calm under pressure,
can make difficult decisions quickly,
and can create structure without creating bureaucracy.
You are probably someone who:
loves scorecards,
notices operational drift quickly,
hates excuses,
understands that client retention is operational excellence,
and knows how to balance culture with accountability.
You must be comfortable leading experienced people, improving underperformers, restructuring workflows, and building systems that scale.
Most importantly: You must be execution-focused. We do not need another strategist who talks about ideas all day. We need someone who can walk into a growing division and help it become tighter, faster, calmer, more profitable, and easier to scale.
Requirements
Essential Experience
Experience managing a $3M–$5M+ marketing agency, coaching business, or service-based company
Strong operational leadership experience
Experience managing remote teams
Strong understanding of contribution margin and operational KPIs
Experience improving client retention and delivery systems
Proven ability to lead through growth and operational change
Comfortable working in fast-moving entrepreneurial environments
Preferred Experience
Healthcare marketing experience
Experience with direct response marketing
Experience with SaaS or AI-integrated businesses
Familiarity with CRM systems, automations, and project management tools
Experience integrating offshore/international teams
