The Customer Account Coordinator is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service through telephone and written communication, completing contract review, and strengthening customer relationships. This role collaborates with all departments across the company to address inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure a positive customer experience.
Additional Duties:
- Acts as first point of customer contact (telephone, e-mail, online chats) to provide support and information on products and services.
- Performs contract review and purchase order entry per documented procedures. Processes other related documents to support the Contract Review procedures.
- Processes (Return Merchandise Authorization) RMA upon customer’s request per documented procedures.
- Provides quotes, literature, calibration certificates, product specs and drawings as requested by customers and sales representatives.
- Provides no-charge samples to expedite customer’s needs and promote PCB products.
- Contacts customers, sales representatives and distributors to follow up on orders and quotes to ensure that the customer’s needs are met.
- Coordinates customer contract needs with Logistics (i.e.; consolidations, blanket orders, special contract requirements).
- Documents appropriate “Voice of the Customer” feedback.
- Cooperates with all departments to best serve the customer.
- Works with the Finance Department to resolve invoicing and payment issues.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Education: High School Diploma or GED
- Experience: One year of customer service experience. One year of demonstrated experience in areas of customer service and problem solving. Proficient in Microsoft Office products.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1 year of customer service experience within a manufacturing setting preferred.
