Pay Range: $80,000 to $87,000 per year (DOE/DOQ)
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday 40 hours/week

Join Our Behavioral Health Team!
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Mental Health Therapist to provide outpatient behavioral health services for individuals and families. This role focuses on assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, psychotherapy, crisis intervention, and supporting clients on their recovery journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide individual, family, and group therapy services.
- Complete biopsychosocial assessments and establish diagnoses.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in the electronic health record.
- Coordinate care with community providers and support systems.
- Participate in case consultation, supervision, and team meetings.
- Respond to client crises as needed.
Qualifications
Required:
- Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field.
- Experience working with individuals experiencing serious and persistent mental illness.
- Eligible for credentialing as a Washington State Agency Affiliated Counselor.
Preferred:
- LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, associate licensure, or eligibility for licensure.
- Two years of behavioral health experience.
- Experience with co-occurring disorders, substance use treatment, and group therapy.
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong assessment, treatment planning, and clinical documentation skills.
- Knowledge of DSM diagnoses and recovery-oriented care.
- Ability to manage a diverse caseload and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Additional Requirements
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Required immunization documentation.
