- Oversee all phases contract lifecycle management including intake, routing, review, approval, execution, tracking, renewal, and records maintenance
- Monitor contract status and renewal deadlines to ensure timely execution and compliance
- Support attorneys in responding to subpoenas and discovery requests
- Correspond with vendors and counterparties to facilitate contracting
- Conduct client intakes, coordinate appointments, and maintain confidential client records for PCHS’s Legal Services Program
- Administer workflows related to employee protected leave programs, including tracking requests, documentation, deadlines, required notices, and communications among employees, Human Resources, and supervisors
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding attorney-client communications, protected health information, employee records, litigation matters, and other sensitive information
- Coordinate forms management process including revision, stakeholder review, approval, version control, publication, and maintenance of official corporate documents and templates
- Perform document proofreading and editing for content and grammar
- Other duties as assigned
- Certificate in Legal Secretary Studies, Paralegal Studies, or related field (preferred)
- Two to five years of customer service experience (preferred)
Compensation: $22.25 - 31.72*
*Taking into account education and experience related to the position
