Combo Welder

We are currently seeking a skilled Combo Welder with hands-on socket weld stainless experience to join our growing Industrial Mechanical Group. Key Responsibilities
Perform socket weld stainless pipe welding to code and project specification
Execute pipe welding across industrial and mechanical projects using multiple processes (MIG, TIG, Stick)
Read and interpret blueprints, isometrics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate fit-up and execution
Select and apply the right welding procedures, materials, and fabrication techniques for each scope of work
Maintain strict quality control on every weld, including visual inspection and self-checks before sign-off
Operate hand tools and complete general fabrication and construction tasks as needed
Work safely and efficiently alongside other trades and crew members on fast-paced job sites
Communicate clearly with foremen and project teams on progress, material needs, and field conditions

Ideal Candidate Profile
Proven combo welding experience, with hands-on socket weld stainless experience
Proficiency across multiple welding processes (MIG, TIG, Stick)
Strong blueprint and welding symbol literacy
Working knowledge of welding procedures, base materials, and fabrication techniques
Reliable, safety-minded, and committed to high-quality workmanship
Able to work efficiently both independently and as part of a crew
Strong attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship
Understanding of construction terms, scheduling, and site coordination
