As the Night Manager, you will oversee hotel operations during the evening hours, ensuring exceptional guest service, operational efficiency, and the safety and security of guests, Team Members, and the property. You will serve as the Manager on Duty during your shift, providing leadership to the front office team while supporting nightly operations. This position will also provide overnight coverage for the Night Audit shift as needed.

Some duties will include:

• Oversee all hotel operations during evening and overnight hours as needed.
• As needed, perform the Night Audit process, including balancing daily transactions, reconciling accounts, and preparing daily reports.
• Lead and support Front Desk Team Members while providing coaching and guidance as needed.
• Ensure exceptional guest experiences by responding promptly to guest requests, concerns, and service recovery situations.
• Serve as the primary Manager on Duty during evening hours and make sound operational decisions independently.
• Monitor hotel safety and security, respond to emergencies, and coordinate with emergency personnel when necessary.
• Complete nightly property inspections to ensure cleanliness, safety, and brand standards are maintained.
• Assist with guest arrivals, departures, reservations, billing inquiries, and other Front Desk responsibilities.
• Ensure accounting procedures, cash handling, and billing reconciliation are completed accurately.
• Maintain clear communication with the daytime management team regarding evening/overnight activities and any operational concerns.
• Assist with training and development of Front Desk and Night Audit Team Members.
• Support other departments as needed to ensure an exceptional guest experience.

Required Skills:

• Excellent leadership, communication, and guest service skills.

• Ability to remain calm in emergency or high-pressure situations.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and hotel property management systems.
• Attention to detail and strong accounting aptitude.
• Must be available to work primarily evening shifts that transition into overnight hours, including weekends and holidays.

Education and Experience:

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of two (2) years of hotel Front Desk, Night Audit, r supervisory experience preferred.
• Previous leadership experience in hotel operations is strongly preferred.
• Hilton PEP and Hilton brand experience preferred but not required.
