Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and motivated Remote Tele Prospecting & Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will drive business growth by engaging with potential clients through outbound calls, nurturing relationships, and closing deals. Your expertise in consultative selling, technology sales, and CRM software will empower you to identify customer needs, present tailored solutions, and contribute to our expanding market presence—all from the comfort of your home office.

Duties

• Conduct outbound calling campaigns to generate new business opportunities within targeted markets
• Engage prospects with professional phone communication, demonstrating a strong understanding of their needs and how our services can add value
• Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track leads, update customer information, and manage sales pipelines efficiently
• Apply consultative selling techniques to educate prospects about our premium property turnover solutions and build lasting relationships
• Negotiate terms effectively to close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships
• Collaborate with marketing teams to follow up on inbound inquiries and warm leads generated through campaigns
• Maintain detailed records of all interactions, sales activities, and client feedback for continuous improvement

Experience

• Proven experience in inside sales or telemarketing within technology or B2B sales environments
• Strong negotiation skills with a track record of deal closing in a fast-paced setting
• Familiarity with CRM software platforms such as Salesforce or equivalent tools for managing customer relationships
• Technical sales experience preferred, especially related to sales technology adoption and consultative selling approaches
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly
• Business development experience with a focus on outbound calling strategies and warm calling techniques
• Prior experience working remotely is highly desirable; self-motivated individuals who thrive in independent work environments will excel
