- Valid PA RN License
- Valid Driver License and the ability to drive organization vehicles.
- Act 33/34/73 clearances
- Pre-employment Drug Test
ABOUT THE ROLE: Nurse Floater will provide medication management and medication training and supports, medication education, health education, assessing general health needs, health/wellness training, psychotherapy and service coordination) and to coordinate physical health treatment , appointments and include support and education related to physical fitness, nutrition and wellness to person served. The Registered Nurse Floater is responsible for providing supportive therapy and other therapeutic interventions as well as other nursing services. The Registered Nurse Floater will be an active participant in the treatment team. The Registered Nurse Floater will maintain clinical records including daily documentation for medications.
