- Ensure all required equipment is loaded for deliveries, relocations, and moves.
- Complete load documentation and return required paperwork to Operations.
- Support delivery and moving teams to ensure on-time service execution.
- Collaborate with customer service teams to maximize operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Assist customers by answering questions and resolving concerns when necessary.
- Promote a positive customer experience during warehouse, delivery, and relocation operations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
- Report workplace concerns, incidents, or policy violations promptly.
- Participate in required meetings, training programs, and professional development opportunities.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Previous warehouse, logistics, moving, transportation, or related experience.
