- Develop reconciliation and general ledger tasks covering accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll
- Specify tasks involving accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, Sage) and payroll systems (e.g., ADP, Paychex)
- Document journal entries, closing activities, and audit/compliance scenarios with precision
- Contribute task scenarios for budgeting, financial analysis, and tax-related work, with expected outputs
- Review specifications and results for accuracy, completeness, and realism
Qualifications
- Proficiency in bookkeeping, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
- Knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and financial analysis
- Understanding of tax regulations and compliance standards
- Proficiency with accounting software and spreadsheet applications
- Skilled in account reconciliation and double-entry bookkeeping
