Product Marketing Manager – Training
The Role
The Product Marketing Manager – Training serves as the organization's scientific storyteller, transforming complex nutritional science into compelling education that equips employees to confidently communicate the value of Plexus products. This role bridges Product Development, R&D, Regulatory, Marketing, Sales, and Field Development by creating the internal product narratives that drive launch readiness, organizational alignment, and product confidence.
As the internal voice of product education, this individual translates ingredient science, clinical substantiation, and technical product information into engaging, easy-to-understand messaging that inspires confidence while maintaining scientific integrity and regulatory compliance. Through live training, multimedia content, and strategic educational initiatives, this leader ensures every team understands not only what the product does—but why it matters and how it improves consumers' lives.
Employee Value Proposition
This is a rare opportunity to build and own the company's internal product education strategy from the ground up. You'll become the "Rosetta Stone" between science and business—translating cutting-edge research into stories that employees can understand, believe in, and confidently share. If you're energized by making complex science simple, thrive in front of an audience, and take pride in owning meaningful work from concept to execution, you'll have the opportunity to shape how an entire organization understands and communicates products that positively impact people's lives.

- Establish a consistent internal messaging framework that aligns Product Development, Marketing, Sales, Customer Service, Compliance, and Field Development around a unified product story.
- Become the trusted internal expert and on-camera educator for product launches, educational media, and scientific storytelling.
- Increase employee confidence and engagement through measurable improvements in training effectiveness, knowledge retention, and launch preparedness.
