10. Assist in training process technicians and operators.
11. Aid in writing OQ/PQ process validations.
12. Operate processing equipment in a specific process area.
13. Conduct risk assessment activities such as FMEA.
14. Assist in creation of publishable research findings in the form of abstracts, papers, and grants.
15. Train in understanding patent language where applicable.
16. Perform other duties as assigned.
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in applicable field of science or engineering
Baseline Qualifications:
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Ability to think creatively, critically, and demonstrate troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to balance multiple priorities and deliver on time for projects
- Perform basic statistical analysis of results
- Personal computer skills including spreadsheets, word processing, database management, and specialized applications
- Ability to handle confidential business information
Preferred Experience:
- Prior exposure to melt extrusion processing is advantageous.
- Resorbable materials experience (processing)
