In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for inspecting customer parts, components, and assemblies throughout the manufacturing facility, ensuring they meet customer specifications and design prints.

- Rack / Skid sorting and placement into the proper holding area(s)
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area
- Additional tasks as assigned by manager
- Proven ability to readily recognize detailed accuracy of parts, components, or assemblies
- Ability to read customer drawings and/or prints
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively both oral and written
- Reading comprehension - ability to follow Work Instructions and/or written/spoken instructions
- Safe, efficient forklift operations after successful completion of Pomp’s Forklift Training
- Previous Warehouse Shipping Operations experience helpful
- Ability to work overtime as required due to business demands
- Ability to bend, stretch, lift, and reach without difficult repeatedly during work shift
- Ability to maintain a balanced mix of physical labor and forklift operation, with approximately 50% of the time spent on forklift tasks and the other 50% on physically demanding activities
- Ability to lift, carry, or move 50 pounds regularly
