Shift: Days – 5:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Schedule: 12-hour shifts – 36 hours weekly
Rate: Up to $1625.00 Gross Weekly + Benefits Available from Day 1
Requirements
- Graduate from an accredited school of nursing
- Current LPN/LVN license in the state of employment
- Current CPR/BLS certification (or ability to obtain)
- Minimum of 1 year clinic experience preferred
- Corrections, behavioral health, or acute care experience preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to patients in a correctional healthcare setting
- Participate in the nursing process including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered
- Provide patient education and support based on individual needs
- Monitor patient conditions and communicate changes appropriately
- Follow infection prevention and safety protocols
- Maintain accurate documentation according to policies and procedures
- Promote a safe and supportive healthcare environment
