- Provide podiatric care to residents in long-term and senior care facilities
- Assess, diagnose, and treat foot and lower limb conditions
- Deliver diabetic foot care, wound prevention, and mobility education
- Collaborate with facility staff for coordinated, patient-centered care
- Participate in Medicare quality programs to ensure top outcomes
- Document visits in NextGen EMR on a company-issued iPad

What We're Looking For
- Master's degree + completion of an accredited NP program (required)
- Active RN license + NP certification (ANCC or AANP required)
- 2-5 years' experience in podiatry post-training (preferred)
- Long-term care/nursing home experience (preferred)
- BLS certification required; ACLS preferred
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, independent settings
Compensation
- Providers are compensated based on a percentage of the revenue they generate through billing and collections. Based on 50 working weeks per year, estimated annual earnings range from $22,000-$34,000 per day per week worked (e.g., 1 day/week = $22,000-$34,000 annually; up to 5 days/week = $110,000-$170,000 annually). Actual earnings vary based on caseload, patient volume, services rendered, and billing and collection performance. A comprehensive overview of our compensation structure will be provided during the interview process.
