What You’ll Do (The Role):
- Own Your Territory: Drive new business in Middle TN through dedicated B2B local prospecting, networking, and cold outreach.
- Consultative Selling: Design tailored intrusion, video surveillance, and automation solutions for residential and commercial spaces.
- Leverage Inbound Assets: Maximize value from company-provided leads while aggressively building your own pipeline via local business networks (BNI, Chamber of Commerce, etc.).
- Manage the Pipeline: Utilize our CRM tools to track prospects, provide accurate monthly recurring revenue (RMR) forecasts, and execute seamless contract agreements.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven Hunters: 1–3+ years of successful outside sales experience (security, telecom, SaaS, uniform sales, or industrial equipment sales are highly preferred, but not required).
- Relationship Builders: Active networks or deep familiarity with the Chattanooga / North Georgia regional market.
- Discipline: A self-starter who treats their territory like their own business and is driven by hitting metrics.
- Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent; valid Driver's License with a clean driving record (required).
