We are seeking a weekend part time Nurse Practitioner to join our collaborative and innovative team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing high quality medical care, collaborative approach to facility, patients, family dynamics and oversight for our geriatric patients.
The schedule is Saturday and Sunday and is located in Glen Cove, NY.

We started in 2016 and in just 5 short years have grown to provide various medical services spanning 7 states, in over 70 nursing facilities, with over 90 providers and continue to grow each day. We provide In both Sub-Acute Rehab & Long Term Care: Primary Care, Physiatry, Wound, Psychiatry, Endocrinology, Podiatry & Palliative Care.

Pay: $85.00 - $120.00 per hour
