Property Management, Inc. (PMI) has a rare opportunity for a motivated individual looking to join a growing company as an employee owner. PMI manages over $4 billion of real estate assets and has over 30,000 customers and 360 clients. We are currently searching for one full-time Marketing and Leasing Associate to join our team. This property management focused position will provide support to our onsite and corporate leadership to overcome marketing challenges, leasing development, while providing excellent customer service to our clients as well as potential residents. A valid PA Real Estate License is preferred, but not required. We will pay for you to get one! Rate: Based on experience.
Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm with some flexibility in start or end times. This is not a remote position. We offer the ability to work from home one day per week, but there will be requirements to visit sites regularly and report to our corporate office in Camp Hill, PA several days per week.

Role and Responsibilities:
- Review and analyze financial reports, lead generation data, traffic to closing ratios, as well as other operational reports to identify and resolve issues impacting leasing, marketing and NOI performance.
- Work directly with portfolio leadership to develop and follow through on action plans to prevent or overcome vacancy shortfalls for Conventional, Student and Affordable assets.
- Perform on-going market analysis and lead research efforts, both portfolio and locally, to understand trends, market conditions, competitor landscape, and other external factors which impact internal strategic direction.
- Assist property operations in developing targeted marketing strategies; oversee implementation and monitor ILS campaigns for individual communities.
- Collaborate with training department to develop community team members on marketing techniques, soft skills enhancements, and closing strategies.
- Work with other support team members to assist in administrative support to include answering incoming calls, sorting mail, scanning files, help desk tickets, etc.
- As directed, may occasionally provide support by working at rental offices when there are certain position vacancies.
- Ability to drive to various portfolio locations in widespread areas for photography, staging, marketing evaluations, etc. with occasional overnight travel as required by business need.
- 5+ years’ marketing or leasing in the property management industry.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field preferred or relevant leasing/marketing/ work experience.
- Ability to set tangible goals that align with company strategy and create, execute, evaluate, and course correct action plans.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability engage and motivate teams to meet or exceed occupancy and revenue targets.
- Computer proficiency, including excel reporting, database development, power point presentations and property management software. (Yardi preferred)
- Valid PA Driver’s License and reliable, insured transportation.
