Qualifications or Skills:

• Ability to differentiate colors
• Knowledge of motors, exhaust, plumbing, and some electrical.
• Mechanical skills as well as computer knowledge
• Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions
• Ability to speak, read & write in English
• Ability to follow work instructions and 5S standards.
• Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion
• Must be able to work under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude
• Some technical training in maintenance preferred

Job Duties:

• Performs maintenance tasks to support the production floor to minimize downtime
• Detects and reports defective machinery or questionable conditions to the supervisor and designs plans to prioritize tasks.
• Maintains the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition and follows safety regulations.
• Can effectively communicate all the above tasks to the supervisor.
• Performs a daily walk thru to keep up with facility needs.
• PPE must be worn
• Employee must adhere to all 5S and safety rules
• Perform All other Assigned Duties

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $24.00 per hour
