We are seeking a Full Time Healthcare Staffing Coordinator to join our team. A staffing coordinator must be an excellent communicator, able to foster relationships with both employees and external vendors. The ideal candidate can multi-task, work well in a fast-paced environment, and maintain a professional attitude.
The Staffing Coordinator will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Assist in filling all staffing needs of the company
- Develop work schedules by allocating caregivers in shifts
- Maintain detailed communication notes with caregivers, case managers, and other pertinent interactions
- Support recruiting with candidate screening and hiring processes
- Collaborate with payroll to ensure correct employee compensation
- Ensure compliance with internal and external policies and regulations
- Prepare and submit reports on staffing operations
- Participate in on-call schedule after hours
- Central supply duties including ordering nursing supplies, restocking nursing stations and ensuring supplies are available
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school graduate or equivalent
- 1 year of healthcare staffing related experience; computer literate
- Require licensed CNA/LNA
- On-call experience
- Work well in high-paced environment
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to interact effectively with all levels of personnel
- Proven experience as staffing coordinator or similar position
- Knowledge of staffing policies, procedures, and best practices
- Outstanding organizational and leadership skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $25.00 per hour
