The Manager in Training (MIT) is a development role designed to prepare future hotel leaders through hands-on experience in all aspects of select service hotel operations. The MIT will rotate through key departments including Front Office, Housekeeping, Sales, Maintenance, Food & Beverage (where applicable), and Guest Services while learning hotel standards, brand requirements, financial management, and leadership skills. Upon successful completion of the program, the MIT will be prepared for placement into a Department Assistant or Manager position.
