Family-owned electrical distributor seeking a customer-focused Inside/Counter Sales Representative. Electrical experience is a plus but not required—we provide on-the-job training across departments.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers at the counter, through email and over the phone
- Provide product support, order entry, and basic quotes
- Build relationships with contractors and walk-in customers
- Support daily inside sales and warehouse coordination
- Learn electrical products through hands-on training
Qualifications
- Strong customer service and people skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Organized and dependable
- Electrical or construction experience a plus (not required)
Pay & Benefits
- $50K–$55K (DOE)
