- Maintain accurate records of guest information using hotel management software
- Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction
- Perform night audit procedures as needed to reconcile daily transactions
- Uphold excellent phone etiquette and guest relations standards at all times
- Assist with administrative tasks related to front desk operations
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures to maintain a safe environment
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations preferred
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse clientele effectively
- Knowledge of hotel management systems and front desk software preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Professional appearance and demeanor suitable for a resort or hotel setting
