HR Coordinator / Recruiting Coordinator (recruiting/Hiring/Onboarding)

Location: New Ulm, MN

Pay Rate: $21/hr - $23/hr

Job Summary

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to support recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and HR administrative functions. This role will assist with candidate assessments, interview coordination, onboarding documentation, HR record maintenance, and employee support while ensuring confidentiality and accuracy in all HR processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer employment assessments, including MESP and GAMB testing.
• Coordinate candidate communications, scheduling, and follow-up activities.
• Support recruiting and hiring processes, including applicant tracking and interview coordination.
• Prepare, scan, organize, and maintain onboarding and orientation documentation.
• Assist with new hire onboarding and orientation activities.
• Maintain accurate HR records and employee documentation.
• Provide administrative support to HR staff and hiring managers.
• Handle confidential employee and candidate information with professionalism.
• Support HR projects and other administrative duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour
