What You'll Do:
- Lead the full estimating lifecycle from initial review through final bid submission
- Analyze drawings, specs, and project requirements to develop accurate cost estimates
- Build and manage detailed takeoffs, labor projections, and material pricing
- Collaborate with project managers, field leaders, and vendors to align on scope and execution
- Identify risks, opportunities, and value-engineering solutions
- Support strategic bid decisions and project pursuit planning
What you Bring:
- 5+ years of electrical estimating experience (commercial, industrial, or infrastructure)
- Strong understanding of electrical systems, construction methods, and project workflows
- Experience with estimating software and takeoff tools
- Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications with accuracy
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Bonus if you have:
- Experience with DOT, utility, or infrastructure projects
- Design-build or EPC project experience
Compensation and Benefits:
- $110,000 – $140,000 Base Salary + performance incentives (based on experience)
