Key Responsibilities
- Process credit applications and updates using our Automatic Delivery System (ADS)
- Respond to customer emails and process online credit applications
- Process third party financing
- Handle calls regarding credit applications taken online and in-store
- Make store credit approval exceptions
- Communicate frequently via telephone and email with store locations and customers
- Work with other departments to assist with invoice credit approvals
- Answer phone calls from customers, RC Willey departments and 3rd party locations regarding available credit, credit approvals, billing questions and other credit procedures
- All other duties as assigned
Skills and Qualifications
- Prior RC Willey store office or related experience strongly preferred
- Prior knowledge of how credit works and is established in today’s economy helpful
- Proficient and professional when responding to customers via email and on the phone
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills needed
- Dependability, punctuality and excellent communication skills required
- Must be organized and professional with the ability to work with minimal supervision
