Job Duties:

• Maintain leadership and monthly meeting minutes.

o Send action items to members of leadership.

o Communicate to employees regarding meeting time and location, send reminders, and set expectations during meetings.

o Complete client unit utilization report for weekly leadership meeting.

o Send THINK CENTER request form and coordinate with the chamber team.

o Print out all necessary documents for the monthly staff meeting.

o Ensure all necessary training, PowerPoints, documents, etc. are uploaded to the flash drive for the staff meetings.

• Assist with administrative tasks including but not limited to:

o Join weekly ZOOM trainings to track attendance.

o Ensure authorization codes are accurate and up to date on Central Reach.

o Complete routine audits of client documentation to ensure compliance.

o Complete supervision calendar and ensure invites are sent out to the Behavior Specialist Consultant team.

o Create new client accounts in Central Reach; including making accounts, assigning staff, and ensuring the authorizations are up to date.

o Assist leadership and staff with uploading documentation to client profiles in Central Reach.

o Maintain the Behavioral Health incentive survey.

• Organize the human rights committee meeting every six months; including but not limited to; creating the schedule, collecting documentation, etc.
• Assist in planning and organizing all after-hours social events for our VIPs.

o Attend social events as scheduled to assist with ensuring the event runs smoothly.

• Order business cards for employees, make and distribute new employee badges.
• Complete all other miscellaneous administrative tasks as assigned, or that may be asked of by the CEO.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to push/pull/lift up to 50 pounds
• Must be able to sit for extensive periods of time at a desk

Education & Experience Requirements:
