The Senior Account Executive, Target role will perform specific strategic and tactical job functions through cross-functional management of multiple internal departments and customer contacts.
What You Will Be Doing:
- NRBS POG tracking.
- POG reporting – store ties, transitions, revisions, book club etc.
- Sales Plans Inventory Planning.
- All Out of Aisle Planning, set-ups, coordination with corrugate supplier, and publishers.
- Manages Exclusives.
- Pub Issues/Determines back up plans.
- Event Planning management.
- Weekly Sales Reporting.
- Manage item setup grids.
- System Price Checks for New Items.
- Manage Requirements for Target.com flex fulfill items.
- Maintain PO records.
- Other duties may be assigned, directed, or requested.
What You Will Need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field is required.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple projects/requests.
- Detail-oriented, Strong organizational skills, flexible, and efficient.
- Must be focused on continuous improvement and be self-motivated.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills required.
- Strong to advanced experience in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook is required.
- Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to speak with all levels of the organization and outside partners.
- Ability to communicate complicated information to others.
- Ability to create and write reports.
- Must be proficient in basic mathematics: addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
- Ability to do algebra, calculate figures and amounts, and apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
- Ability to deal with problems involving variables.
- The work performed is in an office environment.
- The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate at low decibels.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced, team environment.
