**Responsibilities:**
- Build positive, professional relationships with clients while providing support and encouragement throughout treatment.
- Maintain a safe and structured environment by monitoring client activities and enforcing program guidelines.
- Complete client admissions and discharge processes, including documentation and inventory of personal belongings.
- Conduct drug and alcohol screening procedures in accordance with company policies.
- Perform routine client safety checks and document observations accurately and timely.
- Assist with transportation, appointments, and other client needs as required.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and overall appearance of the facility.
- Collaborate with clinical and medical staff to support client care and treatment goals.
- Complete all required documentation in the electronic medical record system.
- Respond appropriately to client concerns, emergencies, and crisis situations.
