This position is designed as a developmental role with the opportunity to grow into a Relationship Manager (Originator).

Responsibilities include:

- Execute RM-approved borrower and referral outreach.
- Re-engage inactive prospects and prior borrowers.
- Track marketing activity and customer engagement within Salesforce.

- Coordinate status updates throughout the loan process.
- Assist with post-closing follow-up.
- Coordinate extension and refinance opportunities.
- Escalate relationship-sensitive matters to the RM when appropriate.

Responsibilities may include:
- Prepare cash flow analyses.
- Perform borrower financial analysis.
- Assist with loan sizing and structuring scenarios.
- Draft preliminary credit memoranda.
- Gather financial information needed for underwriting.
These responsibilities are secondary to the role's core sales support function and are performed primarily for larger or more complex transactions.
