Human Resource Manager
Location: Hybrid Remote – Saint Joseph, MI
Status: Full-Time or Part-Time| Exempt

At Region IV Area Agency on Aging, we are committed to helping older adults live with dignity, independence, and respect. We are seeking a Human Resource Manager to support our HR team.
What You'll Do
- Collaborate with Senior Leaders to align HR process and initiatives with strategic plans and organizational objectives.
- Oversee full-cycle recruitment
- Administer employee benefit programs and serve as liaison with benefit brokers and vendors.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment regulations.
- Conduct, advise, and train management team.
- Develop and maintain all HR programs, systems, policies, and procedures.
- Maintain and improve performance management processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in human resources or business administration
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Minimum five (5) years experience in human resource management.
- Minimum one (1) year of supervisory experience.
- Communication skills at all levels.
