- Track and report KPIs — safety, productivity, scrap rate, throughput, changeover times
- Partner with Operations, Maintenance, Quality, and Supply Chain to implement and sustain improvements
- Standardize best practices across teams and shifts

- 3+ years in a manufacturing environment
- Working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles
