What You'll Do
As a Mental Health Therapist, you will:
- Provide individual, family, and group counseling services
- Support children and adolescents experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, behavioral concerns, and emotional challenges
- Develop individualized treatment plans that promote meaningful progress
- Collaborate with parents, educators, physicians, and community partners
- Provide crisis intervention and therapeutic support when needed
- Help students strengthen coping skills, emotional regulation, communication, and resilience
