This position can be located in either Fairfax, VA or Beavercreek, OH.
- Collaborate with a team to evaluate the accuracy, quality, and usability of commercial GEOINT products.
- Conduct validation and verification of data from various imaging sensors, including optical, radar, and thermal.
- Perform detailed analyses to ensure products meet NGA standards and requirements.
- Develop and execute test plans and scripts to validate product performance and accuracy.
- Document and report findings, including recommendations for improvements.
- Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and external partners.
- Stay updated with advancements in GEOINT technologies and methodologies.
- Top Secret clearance with SCI adjudication and polygraph
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience with GEOINT products and technologies.
- Knowledge and experience with various imaging sensor phenomenology.
- Proficiency in Python for scripting and automation.
- Knowledge of AWS services, particularly S3.
- Experience with Socet GXP, ENVI, and QGIS is recommended.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to resolving issues.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Provide leadership and guidance to a small team, ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope, even under tight deadlines.
- Self-motivated, detail oriented, responsible team player able to work independently with minimal daily direction; effective/efficient written/verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work and interact with technically and organizationally diverse personnel.
