- Facilities Maintenance & Repair: Perform preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, routine repairs, renovations, and the removal or disposal of facility materials. Provide services across plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems.
- General Structural Upkeep: Execute minor facilities maintenance work including carpentry, painting (interior/exterior), plastering, roofing, welding, wall repair, decking, and exterior stairs. Repair or replace window coverings, chains, door hardware, floor tiles, and carpet tiles.
- Inspections & Safety: Perform routine building and facility inspections to identify required corrective actions. Ensure all repair and maintenance activities are performed in a safe and effective manner, utilizing proper safety equipment and personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
- Logistics & Base Operations: Drive to various locations across the military base to perform maintenance tasks. Complete inclement weather preparation and secure facilities tie-downs as needed.
- Inventory & Tracking: Oversee tools and inventory management. Utilize job tracking tools to document maintenance requests, completions, and asset conditions.
- Procurement & Budgeting: Research and provide accurate material quotes and execute approved purchases for maintenance and repair supplies.
- Appliance & Furniture Care: Repair, maintain, relocate, and handle the general upkeep of furniture systems and building appliances.

- Prior hands-on maintenance and repair experience specifically within plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems.
