- Stakeholder Management & Team Collaboration \u007C Engage and build relationships with stakeholders across the Tech org, including Director and VP level leadership. Adopt a consultative approach and provide expert guidance to hiring managers and other key stakeholders. Work collaboratively with colleagues across the People and Talent teams.
- Process Design & Optimization \u007C Design and own structured, competency-based interview practices and refine processes to optimize candidate experience and recruiting impact.
- Data-Driven Insights \u007C Analyze recruiting metrics, including pipeline and sourcing conversion rates, to identify roadblocks and develop strategic solutions. Use these insights to engage stakeholders and drive improvements in the hiring process.
What You’ll Bring to the Team:
- Experience \u007C 8+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience. Subject-matter expertise in Software Engineering, Mobile (iOS), Infrastructure, and Cybersecurity. Our ideal candidate has experience and thrives in scaling startups or high-growth companies with evolving processes.
- Strong Stakeholder Management \u007C Proven ability to effectively partner with, guide, and coach hiring managers, interviewers, and other key stakeholders. Experience working closely with senior leadership and People Partners.
- Sourcing Expertise \u007C Expert-level sourcing capabilities using creative, multi-platform strategies.
- Communication Skills \u007C Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility with senior stakeholders.
- Process Design & Ownership \u007C Deep understanding of structured interview processes, competency-based evaluations, and recruitment process optimization. Proven experience successfully driving and implementing these practices.
- Diversity and Inclusion \u007C Commitment to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion throughout the recruiting process.
- Analytical Mindset \u007C Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment metrics to assess and improve recruitment processes.
