We are not a nursing home or typical retirement community. The successful candidate will find great satisfaction in making people happy through hospitality, and relationship building.
What you will be doing:
- monitoring assignments of non-licensed associates,
- overseeing activities of nursing services on assigned units,
- resident rounds,
- upkeeps all medical records,
- maintaining infectious control standards,
- monitoring nutritional status, and
- other duties as assigned.
What we are looking for:
- Ability to uphold our core values, and follow policies and procedures.
- Must be able to take initiative to always find a way to say yes to both our residents and staff.
- Able to handle difficult or emotional situations shows respect and sensitivity for cultural differences and adheres to the resident’s bill of rights.
- Able to work assigned schedules, have reliable transportation and be on time for scheduled shifts.
- Most importantly have a positive attitude and be able to smile at all times (even under a mask).
- Must be currently licensed as an RN.
- Current CPR & first aid certification is required. 2-3 years previous experience preferred.
