JOB TITLE: Cyber Test Analyst Advanced
CLEARANCE: Must be able to obtain and maintain a SECRET
LOCATION: Colorado Springs, Colorado
Salary Range: $145K - $152K
SUMMARY: SABG is hiring an Cyber Test Analyst Advanced (DW) to support the WOI contract with the Missile Defense Agency.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of this position. Essential duties include:
- Execute exercise and wargame events to include experiments, demonstrations, and/or tabletop event planning.
- Support testing phases for exercises and wargames, including but not limited: System Verification Test, Event Verification Test, Event Functional Test, Event Operational Test.
- Assist the government in identifying the proper equipment and maintaining readiness status.
- Provide recommendations on equipment upgrades needed to meet exercises and wargames requirements.
- Understanding of network connections required to conduct exercises and wargames; provide regular status of the connections.
- Provide recommendations on network connections to support exercises and wargames.
- Collect M&S system enhancement requirements (wish list) and collaborate (translate operational requirements) with software developers once approved by the Government.
- Ensure cyber security readiness on all equipment and networks.
- Maintain status of all networks, equipment, and applicable documentation.
- Assist in completing documentation on readiness of cybersecurity to include developing and maintaining the Event Cybersecurity Plan (ECsPs).
SUPERVISION: This position has no supervisory responsibilities
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- MS Degree is engineering (systems engineering, software engineering, cybersecurity) or computer science
- 10+ years relevant experience
- Experience in lieu of the above requirements will be considered
- Certification: IAM Level III Certification, DoD 8570, or industry equivalents
- Relevant Experience Requirements:
- Extensive experience with computer networks including system/network administration knowledge
- Extensive experience with cyber compliance implementation
- Capable of leading and executing extensive cybersecurity processes, including planning, integration execution and analysis on WG&E architectures
- Understanding of RMF process and experience effectively implementing security controls
- Experience developing cyber security packages and event cyber security packages
- Capable of working independently or leading teams to solve cybersecurity planning, integration, execution and analysis problems
COMPUTER SKILLS: Experience operating MDA modeling and simulation software or similar
Must have proficiency in a variety of computer software applications in word processing, spreadsheets, and database (MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS: Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
REASONING ABILITY: Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to question activities and issues in all functional areas and make sound business decisions based on data.
