Job Description:
P1 Pest Solutions is seeking a dependable, driven, and detail-oriented Pest Control Technician to join our team. This role involves performing pest control services for commercial properties, including inspections, treatments, and follow-ups. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, be safety-conscious, and take pride in delivering high-quality work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough inspections to identify pest issues and recommend appropriate treatments.
- Apply pest control treatments using company-provided tools, equipment, and materials safely and effectively.
- Educate clients on preventive measures and strategies for long-term pest control solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of services performed and complete necessary documentation promptly.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, state regulations, and safety protocols.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing concerns and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively to maintain a high level of service.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.

- Strong problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
