What You'll Be Doing
As our Kit Assembly Supervisor (Day shift), you'll play a critical role overseeing daily operations in the Kit Assembly / Clean Room, ensuring that efficiency goals and quality standards are met on a consistent basis.
- Establish work procedures and meet daily and weekly production goals.
- Maintain 5S standards to promote workplace organization and continuous improvement.
- Coordinate with the Planning department to prioritize production orders and ensure timely completion of work.
- Track and maintain production metrics: output, downtime and labor hours.
- Monitor production efficiency, ensuring products meet quality standards.
- Track, analyze, and communicate KPIs to drive operational excellence.
- Ensure compliance with all safety, regulatory, quality, GMP to maintain a safe and compliant work environment.
- Directly supervise, coach, and mentor employees in the Kit Assembly area, fostering a high-performing team.
- Address employee relations, attendance, performance, and corrective actions in accordance with company policies and procedures.

What You'll Bring
- Strong leadership, communication, conflict resolution, and problem-solving skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
- Ability to interpret production reports, technical documents, work instructions, and regulatory requirements while communicating effectively with employees and leaders.
- The ability to analyze production data, prioritize work, and make sound operational decisions in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency with basic mathematical concept
Requirements
- Ability to work Day shift (8:00AM - 5:00 PM), Monday-Friday, with occasional Saturdays or additional hours to meet business needs.
- Associate's or bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Manufacturing, or equivalent experience.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience plus three years in a supervisory role.
- Ability to interpret, and prepare production reports, technical documents, work instructions, and business correspondence.
- Ability to effectively communicate, written, and oral, and present information
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret production data, perform basic calculations, and make sound decisions in a manufacturing environment.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills with the abillity to adapt to changing production priorities.
- Regularly sit, stand, walk, and use hands for handling, reaching, and operating equipment.
- Occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
- Possess close vision and depth perception to perform inspection
- Occasional exposure to moving mechanical parts and a moderate noise level.
